1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Cancellation Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your contact email] no later than 7 days before the class start date. A full refund, minus a small processing fee, will be issued.
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the class start date, we regret that we cannot provide a full refund. However, we offer a 50% refund as a courtesy.
- No-Show Policy: If a participant does not attend the session without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
2. Transferring Registration
- Substitute Attendees: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the session by providing the new attendee’s name and contact information.
- Future Class Credit: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, we offer the option to apply the full amount paid as a credit toward a future session within 6 months.
3. Class Cancellations by Us
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel the class (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), all registered participants will receive a full refund. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to a rescheduled session, if available.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of approval. All refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
